This par 4 (ladies par 5), is an extremely difficult finishing hole. With O.B. left and trees right off the tee and a severe uphill second shot to a green that is heavily sloped from back to front.

Pro-Tip
This is the #1 handicap hole for a reason, it’s tough… Your ideal tee shot is one that travels 280 with a draw. Hit your tee shot too short and you won’t get around the dog leg. Too long, you’ll be in the tree. Too far right and you’ll have a LONG shot to the green. Your 2nd shot requires you to hit 1 to 2 clubs more as you will be hitting up a steep incline. If you land on the front of this green the false front will roll your ball back down the hill to you. If you go long of the green you’ll be faced with an impossible up and down.
